Quilombo is a Belgium based, independent production and co-production company where stories grow untamed. We have a
line up composed of shorts, features and documentaries and stand for true storytelling, filmmaking with a soul.

Our team of well-travelled creatives bring projects to life that are both locally rooted and resonating internationally. Inspired
by the idea of a quilombo (a safe haven for freedomlovers existing outside rigid systems); we give people and projects the
space to grow organically to reach the maximum of their potential and impact on the world.

Within the company, makers work closely together to develop high-quality film and television drama and high-profile content
for both the local and international market. Quilombo brings relevant themes to life in an accessible, daring, and original way
which it then develops into content that is suitable for a wide audience and every platform; from cinema to television, from
streaming service to online.
